Have you ever spent way too much time on Facebook?

Some weekends I spend at least three hours with Facebook open, talking to friends by chat or just looking over the status updates of friends. Then, afterward I feel like I could have used my time better. And, wish I had not spent so much time there.

Not too many times. Maybe just once I felt as if I'd wasted a lot of time on Facebook. But, I'm sure it was on a sick day, so I needed some distraction anyway. And, Facebook is a good way to pass time.

Yes! I could spend many hours on Facebook everyday. But now I choose to spend on income generating sites.

I have Facebook bookmarked on my browser, so it always comes up when I go online. Maybe that is excessive, but it's a site that I use a lot.

You can count on me when it comes to spending time in Facebook. I am frugal with my time since I always have a hectic day with my schedule. My office job takes more than half of my waking hours and add to that the time spent in driving to and from work and home, I have very little time left to spend in the internet. With Facebook, I use it to connect to my circle and I don't regularly post myself although I react to the interesting posts that I find there. Maybe 30 minutes in a day is more than enough time I spend in Facebook.

I have a Facebook page for my business and to be honest I spend a lot of time on Facebook. This is important for me as I need to interact with my customers and satisfy their needs. By providing them with a good service they will continue to do business with me and may also refer others to my page. I equally rely on Facebook to read the daily news.

It's like a cycle: you do it, you feel bad about it; but then you got on ahead to repeat the doing and regreting.

I've spent more than too much time on Facebook, but that's no necessrilly the reason why I do feel bad, because what matters is not where I spend the most time, it is what I spent the time doing there —is it something productive or not?. So i feel bad when I spend plenty time on Facebook just reading and commenting on posts that wouldn't add much to my life, or just engaging in endless chatter. But, whenever my staying will amount to more money for me, or heightening my influence, I wouldn't mind staying there for long, at least that would mean making better use of my time. And, time will surely come when I'd have to leave and attend to other things offline
