Internal backlinks = backlinks from your website pages to other website pages (or main domain).
Inbound links = backlinks from other websites to your website or a webpage.

Internal Back-links is that links which target other web page of our own website. That means internal linking of website.
for E.g: Home page content link target to contact page.

Thanks for posting this topic because this is another learning experience for me. It’s only now that I know of the terms internal backlinks and inbound backlinks. That means when I post a comment on a blog then the link of my site on that blog is an inbound backlink since the direction will be on my site when someone clicks on the link. The internal backlink is the link of another site that is posted on my site. Nice one. I will remember that.
