Instant way is use traffic exchange site. It will give u high traffic in short time, but not good because low quality traffic

If you are targeting multiple countries with your generic domain name extension .com, .org, add the country’s name in your posts’ meta titles and descriptions... First of all
Do the on page optimization properly and use fresh and quality content in it.
it will do your 40% work
after that do off page optimization as follows........
1. search engine submission
2 press release submit
after that do at least 2 Article 2 blog per week
and do 20-20 bookmarking and directories
