How can I get more links resource?

For SEO, backlinks are very important except for the content, how do you look for more links resource usually?Such as forum, friendly links, blogs, anything else do you know?

You should start by telling us what techniques you know already before we can give you tips and tricks. It would save us some time.

Presently I've finished the construction of my website, which is did by web constructing company,next step, I'll look for more forums to make backlinks and anchor texts, if you have,

Start with forums, blog commenting, social networks, web2.0 websites, blog directories, article directories, guest posting on some websites, do some link exchange (even though its importance declined a bit). I can't give you the lists but you can take a look on my gigs and maybe you will find something interesting.

Create 10 - 15 blogs/wikis similar to your site's niche. Then update them regularly with new content. Be sure to link back to your main site's pages/posts (not just the home page). This is a very basic linkwheel. You can get more convoluted by creating blogs/pages that don't link directly to your site but reference each other in the wheel. But this works for starters. Just be sure the pages/blogs/wikis you create are updated with highest quality content regularly. It doesn't hurt to get backlinks to those pages from high pr forums/blogs or news sites.

+1 to beverly's trick. I follow similar approach. I create micro niche blogs/sites and then point it to my primary domain, which is fusion of all the micro niche site.

Main thing is most of the methods of link building is free like forum posting, blog commenting, social bookmarking so this is really good thing I would say.
