    why is my account limited

    hi,
    i funded my account with $25 through payza/alertpay, and everything went successful, then when i try to buy a service, i keep on getting error message that my account have been limited that i should contact support department to send my documents, and i have also sent my driver license, but till now, my account have not yet been lifted, please if you are not lifting my account, then refund me my $25 back please.

    It means your account was flagged as high risk. Did you use a different payment method which had a different name and billing address than previous?
