    How do you get advertisers for your blog or forum?

    Where do you advertise availability of ad space on your forum? Or, do you work with a third party site where you can list your site so that advertisers can find you?

    List your site on BuySellAds or other big name ad selling website where your site will get found by many other webmasters. This is the easiest way to sell ad space, although you will pay a hefty commission.

    I have never sold ad space in my blog. I have monetized my blogs through adsense, amazon, commission junction, and linkshare. I occupy each ad unit on my blog through the ads from these ad partners. I have heard BuySellAdsis a good marketplace for selling your ad space. However, in order to attract advertisers, your blog should be already pulling high volume quality traffic.

    I think you could monetized your blog with some marketplace by affiliating with them .you could just register with them.it a very simple procedure and you're done.

    you could start with Amazon,jumai,clickbank,konga,domainking and other marketplace or hosting sites.They're looking people to advertised their products and drive sales for commission,so who can take advantage of this.

    Lastly you could also use the big Google adsence or media.net etc

    Unless you have a marketing team, I don’t think it is a good idea to get sponsors for your site by yourself. Bloggers and site owners are more comfortable in monetizing their sites. Adsense is the most popular and I guess it is a good way to earn money for your site. But you have to promote your site to get hits or views otherwise it will not earn anything in spite of running under the aegis of Adsense.

    If you have a good blog with manny subscribers/followers then getting paid adverts in your site won't be a problem. Companies and Businesses are always looking for a good site that they can put their advertisements in and if you have a good site then you can be sure that they'll notice you.
