Many years back, door hangers were considered an effective way to advertise. And, even now, in some big cities, pizza delivery and other resteraunts use door hangers in apartment buildings to advertise their food delivery services. I have never thought to use this but it is sounding like it could possible be an effective way to do some advertising.
