Response time at SeoClerks

How is response time calculated?
Response time is calculated by the amount of time it takes you (as a seller) to respond to any comment or update to an order for the last 30 days. This calculationdoes notinclude your inbox, only the messages within orders.

This is what I found on "User Levels" page(https://www.seoclerks.com/userlevels/)
Now I want to know is comment response time on our services is counted while counting Overall response time?

I don't know if this is the case or not, but don't let your buyers get the "last word" so to speak, within your order page. When you get a new order, respond to the order, wait for the buyers reponse in case you need it, and when you get that notification. Reply once again, so you'll leave the order page with the last reply. Until you deliver. That's one way to keep the response time low. Just note that, reponse time is calculated based on all your orders and all your services. So you'll need to keep track at each and everyone of them to keep your response time low. One single order you respond to a bit late can affect your response time heavily.

Hello,
That's a question I can't really answer.. Actually, I'm not sure so you'd be better off getting the answer directly from support or perhaps from another moderator or staff member..

However, I do believe it's calculated until you deliver, as the response time is calculated based on the actual time it takes to reply to the order page itself, so whenever the service has been delivered, the count should stop.. But like I said, I'm not sure of this, so don't take this for granted.

Hey @farahkhan First of all Congratulation for your Wedding

We were stuck on that "Is responses after submitting report are included in response time?". I mean responses between submission of report & actual completion.

This basically means that whenever a buyer place their order, you'll get a notification as a seller. THAT reply (the sales notification), is what you'll need to respond too.. And always do that as quickly as possible.. That's how you'll decrease or increase your response time.

If anyone comments on your service page, it has nothing to do with your response time. Just like the inbox messages which aren't calculated either.

So if a buyer purchase a service, the seller has to respond. If the buyer send another update within the order page you'll have to respond to that too, in case you want to decrease your response time.

( comment or update to an order = replies within the order page )

Responds time is very critical thinks. I am stay online 16-18 hours per 24 hours and every day I am login here. First I see my responds time is 2 hour and after few weeks I see it was 18 hours after few day I sow it is 1day and sow it is show me 2 days. Actually which thinks control here? I replay inbox massage as soon as possible and communicate with buyer on his order link with in 4 hour but it is still 2 day. Yes it is true that some time my order is going to late devilry. I think late delivery is not fact for responds time.

Hello,

Inbox messages has nothing to do with response time. What matters is replies within your order page.

If you reply QUICKLY to your clients orders and their replies within the order page, your response time will decrease. If you deliver your work late and update your order page late, your response time will increase.

Also note, that response time is based on the last 30 days, so you'll not be able to decrease a high response time by delivering just one or two orders quickly. You'll have to continue to keep up with the quick responses during several days to see any major impact on your response time.

I never expected a quick response if it was not in chat. I believe that everyone who is waiting for immediate response needs to visit the site for communication as on this page. This will give you more opportunities to get what you want. By the way, congratulations on the wedding)
