Are you frustrated when...?

I always deliver my services on time or even sooner. Doing my best to make every customer happy and i believe they are. When possible i also provide some extra bonus free.

But i feel frustrated when buyers not marking service as delivered or leave any feedback, even after additional message with request to mark it as delivered. Then i have to wait 5 days for auto-closing, makes me wait longer to get my money... :confused:

How you going with that issue?

Absolutely @anwebservices . Its frustrated when we put efforts to complete the order in time But no appreciation or anything from buyer end. When I was new I used to complete order fast with bonus and try to get repeated buyer.

So I used to message them with order URL and just remind them to leave feedback. Some will do But most after getting work done they just go away. Ya its tough if we wait for auto completion of the order Are you frustrated when...?

All we need to do communicate better with the buyers and turn their attention towards you. If you get 1 repeated client that your success.

its really a very frustrating thing lots of buyer are doing this. i think seoclerks site should give alert in their main page that you should mark the order complete than its work like a reminder to the buyer.

I have even regular returning buyer who never ever mark job as delivered or leave feedback. I tried to communicate and remind them about it but they just come, buy and go Are you frustrated when...? Nothing i can do :confused:

I find only about 25% of buyers leave feedback. I've had almost 200 sales, but only 46 total feeedback. Yes, it's frustrating, especially when it looks to potential buyers like you haven't had many sales, so there might be something "wrong" with your service.

When "that other site" first introduced that buyers were prompted to leave feedback on their "to do" list I thought it was annoying, but now I actually think it's a good idea and would benefit sellers if implemented here.

Getting first few reviews are really important. However after achieving those reviews, I don't really care about getting the reviews. Though its good if buyer leaves reviews. But that does not affect into sales much according to me.

Facing same issue like you ( @anwebservices ).
I am delivering on time or even before but some guys not giving any review even they accept that service was good but no review.
Till then I delivered only 2 services late, always trying to get some appreciation from buyer but it frustrate when not getting any review / feedback.

Usually my buyers will make some type of comment at completion of order. Though yes, many do wait five days to let order auto complete. I try not to let it worry me and just move on to next task. Though I can see how it's frustrating.

some time buyer are not aware of it or forget, so you nee to tell them to rate your service.by this your order will be automatically completed.

I also have some this type of buyers & send PM so many times but do not get any response.

How do you think buyers feel when half the services listed promise to deliver in 24-48 hours, and several days later, we haven't seen a single view/follow/click/retweet/whatever? The seller fails to deliver, and our only options are to cancel and start the process of waiting all over again with another seller, or continue to wait for a seller that may never deliver.

And the worst thing about it? When we'e looking for service, we have no way of knowing which vendors do this on a regular basis, because buyers are only able to leave feedback once the service has been delivered. If the service isn't delivered, and the seller just offers some excuse and cancels? It's back to the drawing board, and no one is ever the wiser.

Yes that moment is really very frustrating we seller finish work with in deadline but buyer avoid to leave positive feedback.
