my deliver was set in 3 days and expired on August 1st...the seller isnt answering to my inquires...what am i supposed to do to get a refund?

That's a good idea as some sellers are better than others about making deadline. For instance, if expected delivery time is 2 days and average is 17 days, you should just keep shopping until you find a seller that can deliver on time. :)
