Denied For Fraud

Just today I bought a website template from a member on SEOClerks for $10 and my payment was returned because of "high risk of fraud".

...Why?

I payed with a business account of mine, which is verified. How do you think it makes ME look when I call PayPal about a chargeback I have against me and they see that IonicWare has sent back my payment because of "High risk of fraud"?

We all have the right to deny our service to anyone for any reason in which we deem fraudulent and/or inappropriate, but I'm just wondering, why me? I do not understand. 40% of my business is outsourced... I have never opened up a chargeback against ANYONE EVER from any of the payments I have ever made from my business account.

I see a number for SEOClerks that I can call when they sent the payment back to me. If by chance someone from SEOClerks sees this thread, am I okay to call that and explain my case?

Thanks. I contacted them right after ordering when I got the fraudulent message even before the PayPal refund. I will just write it off as an odd fluke. Refund is not the issue. I got 100% of my money back. I just don't understand why I am marked as fraudulent.

I would still like the template I originally wanted... I'd like to order it again.

I would also like to add that 25% of that payment was with affiliate money from referring people here.

So the $2.50 in my balance was taken away too after the refund? Cummon' guys...

You will need to submit a ticket to support desk about this. Talking about it on forum might help alleviate some tension but it won't provide any real solutions. The support staff can check into the issue with the affiliate money situation if you tell them about it.

You need to contact support about this issue to find a lasting solution to it. That you were denied a transaction for fraud does not mean that you're fraudulent. This is just a way to ensure that you're doing the right thing.
