    Could you explain me something?

    Could you explain me something about Google adsense?
    I am trying to buy some effective keywords, such as ''money'', ''buy'' but I have some doubles.
    For example I have bought the keyword ''buy'' from google adsense, but what does it happen if other 200000 have bought the same keyword?
    Will they all togheter be displayed when some user is typing the keyword ''buy'' on google?
    It seems impossible.
    So how the process work?

    You misunderstood Google Adsense I think.
    We are nothing to buy keywords. If you have bought adsense that means you will be given some Hits from visitors who searching google with some specific keyword. Not all ads with same keyword displayed at same time. You know there may be thousand of hits per day for an keyword.

    Let say you decide to spend $20 per day and google says you need to pay $5 for single click then your ad will show on google SERP for someetime so that you can get 4 clicks, after that other ads will run(From other persons like you).
