    how can i reduce the response time?

    how can i reduce the response time? i am all time in online, when get any order , i will response first. my response time was 2 hours, now it is 3 hours. but i saw that some of my respected buyer/seller's response time is 7 minutes!!! . i have amazed to see it, how it is possible to gain that response time!!!??

    The people whose response time is 7 Minutes, do they offer Instant Downloads?
    My response time varies and also looking to improve it.

    Is it possible to reduce response time using any tricks? I don't think it is possible to reduce the response time any how. If you response quicker it will automatically lower but if someone have greater response time then how it can be lowered? If someone know that please share his/her tactics here. May it help others.

    Response time is calculated by the amount of time it takes you (as a seller) to respond to any comment or update to an order for the last 30 days. This calculation does not include your inbox, only the messages within orders.
