what if, client's forget to accept the order?
in this case what to do?
even i remind to my client frequently to accept (close/complete) the order.
but i did not get any reply from them..
kindly guide me for the same.. what to do..

It Happens Sometimes Because Not Every Buyer Give Positive Feedback, I Have Completed More Then 70 Orders, But I Dont Have 70 Feedbacks, There Is Nothing We Can Do About It If Buyer Does'nt Give Positive Feedback And Also Dont Reply To Our Messages, I Just Send One Message To The Buyer About The Completion Of The Order, Then It Depends Upon Him Whether He Give Positive Feedback Or Not, You Should Also Not Send Him Numerous Messages About ASking For Feedback, Because Then He Can Mark Your Messages As Spam And You Can Face Infraction For That..! Or Maybe He Gave Negative Feedback For Asking Again And Again, That's Why Its Good To Wait 5-days And The Order Will Marked As Complete Automatically..!
If You Are Trying To Cancel An Order By Mutual Agreement And The Buyer / Seller Is Not Accepting It, Then You Can Ask For Support, They Are Always Helpful In Any Matter...!
