    1. Message any business moderators about your work and that they can test it freely but that affiliate.
    2. See facebook pages and ask them if they need any of your work, and sure you'll give them the 5$ coupons.
    3. Check the people in the markets or anywhere if they need your work.

    This would help you too much, because if they buy from you a time and they liked your work, they may buy again.

    Not really good way. In this case you would need to contact a lot of people manually to get one or few affiliates. There is much better methods to do better.

    I agree with @anwebservices because the method you are suggesting will not only require hours of effort but will also risk you and your account due to SPAM complaints.

    You have to be careful, some webmasters take SPAM very seriously. If you can keep it to 1 message per site and not use any automated means then I guess you will be fine but that still is a lot of work.

    Look for "Want To Buy" sections at various forums that are related to the services that you offer and there you can also reply with your service link if it adds value.

    if it has potential and related to publishers niche, they could be attracted to it. a targeting certain publishers is going to be a good strategy.
