Serious Fiverr Issue

Hey!

I have a big problem with fiverr. They disabled my messages and said it was because of spamming(which i haven't done) and I should contact the support to fix the issue but they don't respond.
Has anyone any ideas how I can fix that??
Is it possible to create a new fiverr account and link that to the same paypal?

Thanks

I don't use Fiverr. I've never been on that site and don't plan to use it anytime soon as I have heard of too many problems there.

For one thing, I like setting my own price for services and not being fixed into a small amount for a big job.

Hopefully, the issue with your private messages will be resolved soon, so you can continue to get gigs. If not, please consider using SEOClerks. I've had only good experiences with the site and plan to continue working there for a long time. c:

Thanks for the answers!
@Beverly you are right. it really sucks that you can't set up your own prices on fiverr. The only reason I use this site is because of it's traffic. And I already use SeoClerks for selling services and I like it. But I hope there will be alot more people in the near future who will join this site so we can make alot more sales!

I ordered a simple social bookmarking gig on fiver for my own site. A warning popped up informing me not to attempt direct contact or divert the seller from the site.
I ignored it because I wasn't trying to do that at all, but one of my keywords had the work "email" in it which is why it was flagged.
So, they blocked my account and I had another $25 in orders for my site waiting. I contacted support and a day later I received an automated email saying they would not be res-instating my account but not "why". I have lost my money AND my orders for at least the next 45 days...which is the same duration that paypal give before you aren't able to request a refund...coincidence? I don't think so!
I will never, ever hand even another dollar over to those scammers! Seoclerks is run by decent people and I will be spending my money with fellow service providers here from now on.

I had an account banned there for a similar reason. I was buying seo for my own site and they banned me. I asked support why and they said for promoting a competing site. I was promoting my own site which had nothing to do with or against fiverr. The only thing I can figure is that I had an seoclerks affiliate banner on my site and that is why.

I ended up disputing in PayPal and had to wait 20 days to get my money back.

Hey Robert!
I think I will dispute it in paypal also and see how far I get.
Their automated response to my question needed a real answer and that's what annoyed me the most.

Probably the fastest and maybe the only way to get your money back.

Filing a dispute with Paypal is the best suggestion I have seen so far, but that is sure to get you a perm ban from Fiverr. Though I would doubt you really want anything to do with Fiverr after this.
