    If you sent mass messages it can be possible that your account can be restricted from sending messages for some time. But without seeing full details I can't tell you exactly.

    It is not ridiculous. You have to follow the TOS. There are many out there that are breaking the rules and so SEOCLerks has to step up the measures to protect everyone. Even if you do not see it as spam.
