    Why do people want this?

    I have been surfing on other sites and see people who want to hire people to do copy and paste work on their forums. Content should be original not to get banned by the search engines, so how can they get by with this?

    on forums you can add copy paste articles it will not be penalized by google in anyway .

    They said not to copy paste on their forum because nowadays google launched a new algorithm named as "google panda"..If they saw same or copy pasted content on your site they'll penalized you and your page rank will be dropped..

    This is sad, both for the forum owner and the creator. For someone to dwell into that kind of work is just disappointing. I get it, if your niche is hard and not a lot of people know about it, then don't get people that don't right? Get a professional, someone who is willing to learn about your niche and would post his/her original content to provide something unique in your website. I don't even know why they tolerate this :/

    I wonder why they have to hire people just to do the copying for them. Why not hire people to write the contents for them? With regards to getting banned by having duplicate or copied contents I have some issues with it. First question is how would the search engine know that the content is copied. Second question is why would the search engine waste time to check if the content is copied or original, what does the search engine get from that work?
