This isn't the appropriate place for this thread, as this is the Service Reviews section.

You could create a WTB (Want To Buy), explaining what you are seeking.

Good luck.

Not true.
You can achieve this when you are beginning. As soon as you start getting orders, this is when you begin building relationships with your clients. Long term goals start there.

Hello,
This is, unfortunately, the biggest hinder you'll ever have to come across.

First of all, a question like this should never be asked. You need to find your own answer and you'll need to find it way before you ever gain your first long term client. Since we're all here to help each other I'll do what others have done. I'll give you some advice..

You need to come up with an idea. Something you can provide others. Something of value for both your clients but also something that's worth the time for yourself to deliver it. You need to think "win/win". Customer of yours should gain something and you should earn something by providing it. This is the very first thing you'll need to do..

When you've done that, you'll need to develop a strategy.
How you should do it. How you can do it.. And the best way of doing it. For both of you. (you and your clients.)

By now, you should have your idea and strategy. At least a good idea of how to do everything flawless.

When you finally reach this point, you'll need to advertise and work hard to "spread your word" so potential clients find you.
How you do that is entirely up to you. Facebook ads, twitter, forums, blogs, websites, webshops.. Whatever you find necessary.

One day, you'll get your first client.. it's time to shine!

Deliver MORE than your client expects. Always.
(Add more content, provide support and/or bonuses etc. That's also up to you!)

Hopefully, this will give you your first couple of good reviews. Use these reviews and build your reputation even further!
This will lead to more exposure and finally, more customers.

By doing these quite easy steps, you'll gain repeat customers.. And that's what you should aim for at all times. Treat every single customer with respect. Never deliver poor quality and always be polite, honest and add "that little extra".. That's how winning is done.

It takes time. It requires tremendous effort. The results can be outstanding. It's for you to find out. I am looking for long term clients

Don't try to find easy shortcuts. Do your homework. Put in the necessary time at all times. Find your ways and don't do what everyone else are doing.. Use these tips and advice and come up with something unique yourself. I'll cheer for you. I am looking for long term clients

Regards,
hitmeasap

In order to make your one time client your returning client, you will have to deliver the best. Sometime back I was hired to write an article. The client was happy with my work thus he hired me to do another article. Currently, I am working on a second book for one of my clients. This client says, he has three more books for me. The key to getting a long-term client is delivering the best work. Another method is offering a recurring discount. You can offer a discount to the client to make him a long-term client.
