What to do if client is not responding to review?

Hello everybody,

I have completed order from my client & client is satisfied (As he mentioned in PMs) but still they are not giving review. Now please suggest me what to do?
Even I have messaged many time for review those orders.

I had some customers like that. We discus everything over PM but even after few times i politely ask to mark job as delivered and leave feedback, still nothing... Yeah i know i can be frustrating. But there is nothing you can do if they don't want to do it even when you know they are 100% satisfied with your job...
At the end your job will be marked as finished automatically in 5 days, but you will not have review from that buyer :confused:

this is generally happens in some cases when the buyer is new and he don't know how to rate your work and another thing is if he is a re seller he / she is not interested to rate your work until there buyer rate his / her work.

This can be happened but what if you send message to request to rate your work, still they are not giving you reviews?

@anwebservices: I know job will be finished in next 5 days but positive reviews means a lot to all sellers here at SeoClerks.
If they want to take some time then we should give him but even they actually don't want to give reviews.

Yes truly nothing can be done .. SADLY .. What to do if client is not responding to review?

You can not do anything because review is completely depend upon the buyer interest.

I think seoclerk should give a little edge here to sellers and give a thumbs up if order is completed automatically its not the sellers fault that buyer is unaware of the review thing .
I have even seen buyers who just dont care about sellers or review . Actually buyer its a bad thing for seller because its not just the review funds are also stuck because of pending time What to do if client is not responding to review?
I think seoclerk should consider to make it 2 days to auto complete because its little unfair to the sellers as mutual cancellation which is buyers advantage has 2 days auto cancel time What to do if client is not responding to review?

Hello, You need to contact with buyer in Private messages and approach for feedback, If employer not responding and he is not giving any feedback, you can't do anything..

Because its totally depend on buyer nature he/she want to give you feedback or not..
