How To Handle Late Orders?

I presently have several orders that are late. I understand that sometimes sellers need additional time, so I'm not presently worried. Obviously, I would message the seller, before doing anything, as communication is key How To Handle Late Orders?. However, if a seller doesn't eventually complete/deliver my order, what do I do? Do I click the "cancel order" button, the "got problems" button, or am I supposed to do something else entirely? I just want to learn what the correct course of action is so that should the situation arise, I know how to handle it appropriately.

As you already pointed out yourself, communication is key. Send the seller a message and ask for an update. You want to know when he will be able to deliver what you've ordered. It's simple and, in most cases, effective too as this will get the seller to deliver quickly.

If you've been sending the seller a message, or perhaps even two or three (this is not mandatory at all), you can simply click the "Cancel" button and ask for a mutual cancellation. When the seller agrees to this you'll be refunded and your money will appear in your SEOClerks balance. You can only use this funds to purchase services and if you want to withdraw these funds you'll have to contact the support regarding this.

If the seller doesn't agree to the mutual cancellation for any reason, you can also just contact the support and tell them about these issues you're facing and they will force cancel the order so you get your money back.

Too bad that so many orders getting late delivery. I suggest you contact your seller to solve this problem and speed up that delivery. In any other case you can click "Cancel Order", but it may be already in process of delivering, so communication is better. "Got problems" link is only used if you have to report something or if something is done against TOS of Seoclerks

The "Got Problems" button just gives you a short FAQ for common problems so you may want to take a read of that. If the seller hasn’t delivered the work for a long time, then the first thing you should do is use the “cancel order” button. That is a mutual cancelation button so the seller will need to confirm. Normally, if they fail to deliver, they will agree to the mutual cancelation. If they however, don’t agree with the mutual cancelation, then the only thing you can do is contact the Ionicware helpdesk and they will cancel the order for you.

I am sorry that you ended up ordering from unreliable sellers. As you said it is important that you contact the seller first.
If the seller responds and asks you to give him say an extra 3 days and that he will be able to complete the work by then, you could give him a time extension. It could be that the seller had already started to complete the work, but due to some reason it was not finalized.
If you feel that you have waited enough, or the seller does not even reply to your message, you may cancel the order, as you have every right to do that if you are unsatisfied. Hope you will resolve this.

Hi reyubskrelcoes I understand whole situation what are you trying to mean? If any order late, you can do anything for late order. And you also mentioned. And I do not think late deliver always not show up seller irresponsible. It may happen may causes. Sometimes it may happen buyer did not fill all necessary requirements. I am not going to talk about this matter more. But my suggestion no better way without contact with seller. For making any decision please contact with your seller and try to know what current status of your order. If you get convenience response, it is may okay. Either you can cancel order by mutual cancelation and ask for refund. And if seller reject this request intentionally, you can contact with help desk, they should take further step.
