I presently have several orders that are late. I understand that sometimes sellers need additional time, so I'm not presently worried. Obviously, I would message the seller, before doing anything, as communication is key . However, if a seller doesn't eventually complete/deliver my order, what do I do? Do I click the "cancel order" button, the "got problems" button, or am I supposed to do something else entirely? I just want to learn what the correct course of action is so that should the situation arise, I know how to handle it appropriately.
