If the order is in an incomplete state, you will need to provide instructions to seller to start it. Thereafter, the seller can see your order and begin working on it. If the order is active (as in, you have already provided instructions) and seller is still not responding, you should wait a reasonable time. Often, your seller will be in a different time zone and might be asleep at the time you place your order. If the seller still has not responded after 24 hours, you can ask for a mutual cancellation. If the deadline has passed, you should petition support desk for help. If deadline has not passed, but the seller has not responded to you at all since you ordered, you should ask for cancellation for refund to balance. If you need a refund to your Paypal or funding source there after, you will need to ask assistance of support desk staff.
