    I can't access my account

    Yesterday i open seoclerk website and can't access my account when i enter login details it redirects me to seoclerk home page without logging me in
    I have 3 running orders and my customer is contacting me but i m not able to response cause i can't access my account
    If you disable my account for creating gig regarding facebook then i saw various sellers selling facebook services on seoclerk so please gave me my account back with all the order,funds and with all my gigg
    Please do it ASAP because i have to reply to my customers

    You can't solve this problem here in forum. You need to submit ticket to support team a.s.a.p. here http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit in order to recover your account.

    I have contacted them but they are not replying Please help me out
    I have active orders which i have top deliver and my customer is waiting for delivery

    If you account is suspended or terminated then you must see a message when you login in to your account.

    Try to clear your history and cookie of your browser or try in different browser or in mobile browser.Try Login with private browsing.

    its a very critical situation i have check your account URL and its showing the message user not found so i think the team deleted your account
    so contact support and ask the reason if you don't did any break rules.
