    please i need help on admin issue cus admin are not responding to my mail cus all they will saw is that======

    usually i contact support via helpdesk not direct email, they are fast respond

    You must wait for some time, when you send support ticket you have option for selecting priority (Urgent,high,normal, low..), based on that you get response.
