    Problem in Payment through Paypal

    While I try to buy any service and pay through Paypal i get the following message everytime:
    We couldn't complete your purchase, because the card issuer declined the card Visa x-####."
    Anybody who could help out here.?
    Really need to order some gigs urgently.
    I am from India .

    You may have to call your credit card company. They could be declining online transactions because of the high risk of fraud.

    Your statement is a bit unclear, i have 2 interpretations:

    1. what your saying is your trying to buy some service at SEO Clerks using your credit card or debit card being funded by your PayPal account , and PayPal is declining your linked card.

    Ans: This happens when you have an unverified card. You have to verify it first.

    Ans: Check your card if it's still in active status.

    Ans: Check with PayPal.

    2. Your trying to fund your PayPal via your credit card or debit card but PayPal is declining the transfer.

    Ans: if this is the case then it means that your card is unverified. You have to verify it first.

    Ans: check your card balance it might not be sufficient enough.
