In cpanel upload it in this directory: /wp-content/themes
When you go to admin panel in your wp the themes will apear. Make sure the files you upload is .zip and not broken :)

Here's a step by step guide.
Themes -> Install Themes
#1.
Choose File -> Install Now
#2.
Activate
#3.
And that's it.
