There are some so called "Adsense ready templates" available at various sites online for download. Most of these sites will have an area in the template where you can easily plug in your Adsense code.

But it's not so simple to earn with Adsense. You can't just put up a site and expect to earn. You will need good articles and content that satisfies a need. And, most of all, your Adsense should be well integrated into the content. This will ensure more money is earned from clicks.

You should read all the Adsense terms of service before tryi8ng to create any type of site based on that. There are many restrictions for sites that show Adsense. And, your blog might or might not qualify to show these ads.

An easy way to create an adsense ready site, would be wordpress. Why? because they have plugins for adsense and other affiliate earners. Go on ebay and search for turnkey website, or website, etc. and you will see alot of adsense ready sites. Most are cheaply done, but they can give you and example, then if they take you to an example of the site that's selling, go on it, right click, and click on inspect element or view page source. depending on what browser you are using. Chrome, offers developers area, so it might even show what plugins are used to the adsense site.
Also, creating the site.. if you have a running main site, the plugin republish helps with articles. for browser copy of sites, i believe another plug in is called "press this" .. so if you like an already adsense site, these are helpful. You could if you wanted to, purchase the cheap adsense ready sites and put a "facelift" on them. Resources: Sourceforge.net and hotscripts.com
Anyways, the big question for you is: Is the site for you? or a client? I can help with advise either way. I know that, I can tell you some free ways, or some, not so much out of your pocket ways

If you want to use Adsense on your blog/website, here are the things you should follow
Have enough contents, 20-25 articles will be a good start
Your contents should have good lenght. Shot posts are not liked by Adsense. Try to make your post at least 500 words
Unique and original contents: Adsense does not like contents on heavly saturated topic. Adsense also disapproves the contents copied from other sources.
Do not use any ads until you get approved for adsense.
You shuld be already getting good traffic before your website is ready for adsense.
