    How Much Time Do You Spend Each Day

    So as the title asks how much time a day do you spend on your forums and what do you do in that time?

    Right now I spend around 12 hours a day on my website and that is just trying to make the front page and forums look the same, Getting all the pages of my front end to look the same and getting all the information I need on them. I haven't touched the forum yet.

    Currently I don't have a forum but if I did I know that several hours each day would be spent on it to get it to where I wanted it to be.

    I have to say that in the beginning I feel that you are on it more. This may not be true. But yet at the end of the day the forum is never ending and always has work to be done on it.

    One close friend who has a local forum stays online most of her waking hours. She said that she is the admin, she’s also the moderator and not to mention that she has another account as a user to post. In other words, she is a one-man team in handling her forum. But she’s doing okay with the dynamics of her forum and I guess she is earning quite good. However, she has no more time for socializing and I think her forum is now her life. That doesn’t sound okay to me.
