I think this system will effective if seoclerks apply on a buyer and seller. Buyer and seller both can more motivate to buy and sell service. I am not talking about money or something else. I think Just a reword mark/symbol can be enough for a buyer and seller to provide rearward. That symbol or mark will stay until further rearward. Or a list can publish for top 10 sellers and buyer on seoclerks or forum clerks etc. Please write your opinion if you have more suggestion.
