    How often should you retire an admin?

    Do you think it's OK to have the same admin on your forum for many years? Or, do you try to change up your staff and retire admins and mods occasionally so you can bring in new staff members?

    I don't see a real need to retire an admin, unless they are not doing a good job anymore or just don't want to be admin on your forum. Maybe you could add new moderators or editors to your staff to keep fresh ideas coming. But a good admin is very hard to find.
