    When would you retire your admin?

    When is a good time to retire an admin? Or, do you just wait for the person to ask to retire?

    If someone asks to retire from their staff position, that would be a good time, otherwise there is no reason to make them retire.

    I agree Daniella but if the person is starting to act like they really do not care then you might wish to retire them.

    Unless the admin has become inactive and shows no interest in the site, let them keep going. Though you could easily add a co admin if you think there is more work than one admin can handle.
