I want some changes to be done on this site

Requirements

1) I want SOCIAL BOOKMARKING ICONS on top (middle) left Corner ( as indicated in the Image
2) I want Small Menu Bar With following in it ( About us, Sitemap, Contact Us)

3) I want Google Search Button on the MAIN MENU Bar at left.

I have added the image with proper description
