one landing page created

I would like to have a one page landing page created similar to http://greencoffeepure.com/special-offer/?subid=best#special-offer and http://www.greencoffeebeanmax.com/

I will provide graphic of our product in a bottle. Hopefully this can get done before Monday the 22nd, so that's why I've offered a full $20.

Requirements

One page landing design similar if not quite identical to above websites.
