I need an interactive map done in Flash for a website

I need an interactive map (I have the graphic I would like duplicated) for a website. It will need to be EXACTLY like I am looking for. Each part of the map will need to link to a specific page in the website. This is a website that is being revamped that I bought so it can garner more traffic and revenue. Requirements

I need the following:

1. Interactive map (it is of a building floor plan showing departments
   
2. Be able to complete within a 5-day period
   
3. Must be able to have certain color schemes that I would like (blue, pink, red, green) assigned to each section.
   
4. Each section will need to be labeled so users can interact to find what they are looking for.
   
5. Each section will need to be able to link to a separate page within the website that is being built.
   
6. Must be user friendly
   
7. Must be able to submit previous work, or at least a reference of work I can verify.
