Make me a basic website

I need a website that is a few pages long with a few options to buy items as well as an option to contact me easily. There must be afew pop ups and i will need a script to basically tell someone how much it will cost for what ever value they enter for example:
Youtube views: how many views do you want: xxxx It will cost: xxxx
The cost must be generated at a value for each 1 view it costs $0.01 or something like that.
Also there must be a similar thing where people enter their budget per month or total budget and say what they want and it is sent to me.
I also need a column at the top with catagories on it like: Buy social services hire me Buy blacklinks Buy Website designing Buy REAL OPT INS
You must also design me a logo for my site to my liking.
I will provide all info needed.
There will also need to be an option where my clients can sign up for free so i can communicate with them, you must be signed in to HIRE ME or BUY REAL OPT INS but for Buy social services and Buy blacklinks no account will be needed. I also need to be able to send out a newsletter to everyone who has signed up to my site.

There will be less then 50 pages needed. You can use any code but you CANNOT USE AN ADMIN PANEL SERVICE THERE MUST BE A CUSTOM CODED DATA BASE. I may also need for you to host it for me and buy me a domain name but i will provide that money later.
