No need to correct the grammar, syntax or punctuation of the speakers. Just write down the audio as you hear it as colloquial as it may sound.
I may ask you to explain a few colloquial terms in English here and there in some extreme cases.
Ideally, you should be able to transcribe and proofread 10 minutes of audio in two hours.
Ideally, you should be able to handle more than one accent.
I can pay up to 1.5 dollars for every audio minute. This can be negotiated though.
