I'm a real estate agent. The business is changing and I want to set myself up for the future.

I need someone to handle my whole online presence. I want to appear in the places that matter, I want to look good doing it, and I want it to result in more business.

I will pay a flat fee to get set up the way that we come up online, but then it goes to a commission structure and you really shouldn't have to put a lot of work into it. If I get business from online, you get paid and paid nicely.

I have a unique selling proposition that should make it easy.

We will target high priced homes and offer to sell them for ridiculously cheap (which is actually still a lot of money/hr). After we have an inventory of luxury type homes, we can begin to target all homeowners for full fee listings. People are sheep, and seeing that "rich" people let you sell their homes attracts everyone else.

It really is the secret to the business.

You would be a contractor, but a contractor with a stake. You do well, I could easily get 2-3 luxury listings a month, some at 1%, some at full fee 2.5%, some in between. I would guess it would average 1.75% or so on $500,000+ dollar houses.

I'd be willing to cut you in on 6% of each of those. If the average home was $500k (that's actually closer to the minimum), that would be almost $1k a month for just maintenance work, mostly, once we have a system that works.
