Traffic to a NEW website that is "Believable"

I need to begin getting traffic to a new website. But I can't find a gig that fulfills my specific needs. Most gigs promise 100s of visitors a day.

But 100s of visits per day to a brand new website just doesn't look "natural" to Google!

It's critical that traffic to a NEW site begins slowly and increases gradually in numbers over time.

Requirements

• Must be REAL, HUMAN traffic
  
• Must be 90% - 100% from the United States
  
• Must be gradually drip-fed over the next 60 days
  
• Must be LIMITED to 5 - 10 visits per day (on average) the first week, increasing about 10 visits per day each week (so that by week 8 there are 80 - 90 visits per day).
  
• Needs to be random. When I say 5 - 6 visits ON AVERAGE I mean I don't want it to follow a discernable pattern (i.e. not EXACTLY 5 visits each day... for example 5 visits one day, 8 the next, 3 the next etc.). Otherwise it leaves a "footprint" Google will see.
  
• Must be from random IP addresses
  
• The visits MUST NOT have a 100% bounce rate. At least some of the visitors to the site must click through to another page or two before leaving.
