Very Small Scale But Ongoing Project of Likes and Shares

I am looking for someone to partner with for a very small project that is ongoing. The details are negotiable, but I'm thinking something like this:
PER WEEK:
6 Facebook Fan Page Likes
6 Facebook Post Likes/Shares
6 Twitter Followers
6 Retweets
6 G+1s and/or Shares or Circles

And here is the unconventional part. I'd like to have some of the above fans or followers quickly visit an outside ecommerce site (details will be discussed if agreement is reached) and look at some products and like a few of them. This would entail signing up with an email address one time per "fake fan" and then a total of maybe 3 minutes a week. I would send links of what to look at. Easy, right?

I'm just one small person pretending to be a business, at the moment, and trying to promote my blogs and websites, but I also have products for sale that will never be seen by anyone if they aren't viewed sometimes, (and liked is even better!)

I was hoping not to pay more than $6 a month for this, but hoping to find someone I can work with on a long term basis. I think that if you're already in the business of offering fans/followers/likes/shares, etc., this would be very easy to do and not take very much time at all.

A majority of USA based fans/followers is preferred, but not required.

One other thing I can offer in exchange is help with English. Reading here on SEO Clerks, including ads, bios and forum posts, I see an average of at least one major grammatical error per sentence. That cannot be helping anyone get clients. If you would like some help wording your ads and any other promotional materials, I am trained to do that and can help you improve. And if you're a native English speaker with perfect grammar, please don't let this stop you from bidding if you are interested! I offer this not because I want to do it, but because I see a lot of people that need some help in this area, and it is something I can do easily.

Requirements

• Ability to provide small quantities of Facebook, Twitter and and G+ fans, shares and likes
  
• A few email identities that can sign up for a free account on another site and view products and like some of them.
  
• Interested in doing this very small time project on a regular basis.
  

I DO NOT need thousands (or even hundreds) of fake fans/followers. I really don't care how many fans my page has, I just want the actual fans I do have to see my posts in their stream, and without ongoing likes and shares that doesn't happen.
