Improve indexing of posts and pages from current 2% to at least 75%

I have this website that has several pages and 75000 posts, but google has only indexed about 1000 of those posts. I need someone to employ safe, acceptable tricks to get those remaining posts indexed. I am looking for a success rate of about 75%.
