Looking to have an app created where it will display maps of potential water sources in Africa then mark them on a map. Would need to have GPS integrated and also to manually enter location specs. The maps would need to be displayed on a website as well as an app. Also needs to be setup for handicapped users.
I'm not sure what requirements. Just a way to do this.
