I want to hire a team of programmers (PHP) to build a clone of the website Buildium.com. The design for the website will be provided by me although I need all of the programming work completed by whoever I hire.

The website should have most of the features that Buildium has. I'm more concerned with the property listings/webpage provided for landlords (that tennants can access) than anything else.
