I need my website developed with high page ranking and should come up high on the search engine.

I have two sites I want to develop. One has a lot of content, is an older site that i took off for some time, was previously PR3 on many pages and PR2 on the others.

I am looking for someone that can develop these sites. So it can get key word hits from google.

ALL CANADIAN TRAFFIC
For example: mortgage rates, best interest rate, best mortgage, 0% down mortgage, commercial mortgage

Something very similar to: ratehub.ca............... my site to compete is mortgage-rate.ca which I want with a similar structure

I have an older website that is called www.rc-financial.com....... facebook.com/resourcefulcapital will have 4 videos coming out on youtube.com/resourcefulcapital...........I want rc-financial.com site to be like canequity.com

I am looking for someone that can grow the websites. Maybe start this project for low money and stay on for a long time and as the website traffic increases so will the pay. This is a long term project, to grow and make these websites very strong. And I am thinking of hiring the person fro $50 first month and 4% increase every month for 4 years. So make $50, $52, $54.40, etc, etc... big job but a guaranteed project for a long time. Pay every month. 30 days to have it started.
