I am right now using nexgen gallery with premium 'justfied image gallery'
Following type of structure I need:
- Users profile (which saves all user activity) - user Role, Pictures, views, likes & comments! also user can delete or edit it spot!
- login & signup form!
- pictures reporting and banning users.
- A feed of all users on site with some filtering options (popular - recent - trending).
- Pictures must be SEO friendly ! and photo can easily browse and searchable.

Con: I don't want comments to show on lightbox but to have like counter, comment counter and a link to pic page to show comments and description.
Note: This work doesn't include CSS (styling). just a basic structure. Give me a detail quote (work duration and gigs).
