I am looking for a very good PHP Programmer that can programme a Mailer using my cpanel urgently. I have a cpanel ..just NEED his/her experience to programme a PHP Mailer for bulk mailing for advertise purpose. The person in question will be working with a Cpanel which i will provide. So using his required vast knowledge to produce for me the PHP MAILER for mass bulk sending.
