Create a simple content suggestion SaaS

I need a simple SaaS like the one at gearmatchup.com, but with different functionality.

An AI movie suggester that can suggest great movie titles for visitors based on 3 to five movies they have watched previously.

So, all they will need to do is ==> select 3 to 5 movies they have watched in the past, and the AI will suggest more movie titles along the lines of what they like, stating what makes them a great fit for the visitor.
