Joomla eshop project

I have e-shop http://joi.com.ua/ (Joomla 2.5 Virtuemart 2.0) and I need make changes on it:
1. On cart page http://joi.com.ua/index.php/cart disapeared frame div class ot-content
i need it back
2. above menu i have bt login module (login/register buttons) and cart module I need them located at the level of red line (image below)

3. On cart page http://joi.com.ua/index.php/cart i need payment method displayed below shipment method (user have to choose payment method on cart page) what i want on image below
