Video Creator/Editor Needed For Making 30 second video

Looking for video creator/editor;

New Client Project;

I need to create a short video(~30 secs) showing home automation features like

- Auto open garage door when approaching home

- Auto lights with motion

- Auto turning Air Conditioner on

- Alert when water leak occurred

- Auto lock doors

- Alerting when doors left open

Just as a starting point

Below are some ideas to include in the video, we need to have a short video contains as many as possibly from the below with couple of seconds each

• Garage door automatically opens when a car approaching it

• Lights in the family room turns on automatically while someone is walking in

• Showing a high temperature on a wall thermostat screen then the air conditioner turns on automatically

• Showing water dropping on the floor in the bathroom then a notification received on the phone adhering for the flooding

• A wall smart thermostat on the wall

• Someone entering the pin on a yale smart lock

• Someone moving on wheelchair then automatic door at home automatically opens

• Someone touching a wall mounted tablet to control his smart home

Video should be made using real stock footage where it needs to include requested details in a sensible order by combination of stock footage to get a similiar feel/outcome as per reference YouTube video url shared by client. Delivery by 29th May and Budget $2-3 depending on quality of output.
