my local building, electrical, plumbing site to rank P1

my local building, electrical, plumbing site to rank P1

I want someone who can offer me a package of solutions, we have a simple website for a real business in a local area of the UK that we are just starting up so budgets are limited online and offline for now but we have every reason to beleive we can grow.

Aswell as our simple site I have a couple of other domains that could be used to support any solution you may want to offer up that I/you could place landing pages on etc.
We need our site to rank as far up the top of google P1 using safe white hat solutions that we will not get slapped down the rankings for.
Ultimately what we need are people in the local area to pick up the phone and call us when they search online for a local electrician, plumber, builder etc in our local area.
Can you deliver results? Let me know what range of solutions you propose and the cost to us to achieve that. Contact me now.
