Min.10 up to 20 sign-ups: $1
Min. 21 up to 50 sign-ups: $5
Min. 51 up to 100 sign-ups: $10
Min. 101 up to 500 sign-ups: $25
Min. 501 up to 1000 sign ups: $50
Min. 1001 up to 5000 sign-ups: $75
Min. 5001 up to 10000 sign-ups: $100
